Nevin Kishbaugh |
OVERVIEW Nevin R. Kishbaugh began his real estate career as an Appraiser of commercial property. He earned, and holds, the highest designation available to real estate appraisers – State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (SCGREA). His experience as an Appraiser included the financial analysis and evaluation of commercial office buildings, medical office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial and retail properties, land leases, and equity/cash flow. Prior to joining WHPounds Commercial Real Estate, LLC, as Associate Director, Mr. Kishbaugh had been an Associate with Julien J. Studley, Inc. in Philadelphia, managing their South Jersey efforts. EXPERIENCE During the past two years, Mr. Kishbaugh has successfully negotiated transactions in both Philadelphia and New Jersey valued in excess of $25,000,000. He has negotiated lease restructurings, subleases, corporate headquarters acquisitions, building sales, and land leases. EDUCATION Mr. Kishbaugh graduated from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA, with a BA degree. In addition to his undergraduate course work, Mr. Kishbaugh has completed over 200 hours of post-graduate course work in financial analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and other aspects of real estate appraising.
