 OVERVIEW

Frederick J. DiMarco has been involved in commercial real estate since 1970. Initially a developer and an owner/manager of multi-family complexes and office and medical facilities, he is experienced in all phases of develoment including design, engineering, finance, governmental approvals and management. He brings his vast experience to the commercial real estate business specializing in sales, development and creative solutions for difficult properties in the marketplace. He has known William Pounds for almost 30 years and moved his license to his operation in 1999. Mr. DiMarco is also the developer of this web site.


EDUCATION

Mr. DiMarco is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is also holds a certification from ASTM for Phase I Environmental Studies. His continuing education has included the Cook College of Rutgers University for Industrial Site Recovery Act of NJ as well as Brownfields Studies.
