OVERVIEW

Mr. Coles began his career with Jackson-Cross Company as a center city Philadelphia leasing broker. As Jackson-Cross expanded he headed up the New Jersey office in the midst of one of the largest building booms in the history of the market. In 1985 he became director of marketing for Linpro's Greentree office development, one of the first PUD's in the Delaware Valley. That project consisted of one-story and mid-rise product totaling 1.2 million square feet in a campus like setting. Prior to joing WHPounds Commercial Real Estate, LLC, as a director, he was an independant real estate consultant with national restaurant chains wishing to develop and expand in the tri-State market.

EDUCATION

Mr. Coles attended Washington College as well as The Wharton Business School for Real Estate Law & Development
